Your family at Coldwell Banker Kueber Realty wants to invite you to meet and get to know our newest team member. He is new at our office but at his young age (40 years young), he is already a true veteran of our unique NYC Real Estate market.

George L. Rosario started his unofficial career in Real Estate at the young age of 18, when he took on the huge responsibility of managing 10 properties spread out between Williamsburg Brooklyn and Ridgewood Queens. In 2008, after many years of working with Realtors, Agents, Brokers, Brokerages, Management Offices, etc., George decided to throw his name into the pool of Licensed Real Estate Professionals. He closed his first deal as a Realtor, (a rental in Bushwick Brooklyn) on March 28th, 2008. He has not stopped moving forward since then.

He worked out of a Weichert Realtors office in Bushwick closing the three largest deals in the office's history. On December 2009 he was offered the opportunity to manage a boutique office in Ridgewood Queens. He became the manager at Big Deal Realty Inc, formerly located on Cypress Ave and Myrtle Ave. He took on this responsibility when the office was $60,000 in debt and at risk of closing. In his first six months as manager of Big Deal Realty Inc, George managed to establish himself and his office as the go to professionals for local landlords who needed help managing their properties. Business was good, but more importantly the relationships established with local renters, sellers and buyers were GREAT! This successful venture lasted until July of 2010, when the Broker of the office decided to move his family and his operation to Florida. Although George advised against it, the move still went through. George was not willing to relocate and so he went into the Manhattan real estate market with The Manhattan Club, a fractional ownership real estate company in Midtown Manhattan. As Sales Executive at The Manhattan Club, he proved to be a force to reckon with. He expanded to offices sphere of influence into the Brooklyn and Queens market, and so proved to be a strong and flexible professional.

Although George L. Rosario's office was in Midtown Manhattan, his heart remained in the Brooklyn and Queens neighborhoods where he spent most of his young life. After working with The Manhattan Club for two very productive years, George decided to turn in his position at the Midtown Manhattan corporate powerhouse office to return to his roots at a local Ridgewood office. In his own words, "I've missed the connection I make with a landlord when we talk business over a cup of coffee in his living room."

Today we are proud to say that George has returned home. He is now affiliated with Coldwell Banker, which is by far one of the most influential brokerages in the market today, and has been one of the most influential brokerages on the market since it was founded in 1906. George brings us his expertise of working as both a property manager and a Realtor. His experience is complimented by his love for the local neighborhoods of Ridgewood, Glendale, Maspeth and Middle Village. He adds a new flavor to our local neighborhoods and is prepared to offer our local real estate sellers and buyers a level of professionalism that will surpass all expectations. His motto is an interesting one, and one that is truly commendable; "my clients are all friends and my friends are all clients." He firmly believes that all of his clients deserve the level of service that others reserve for their closest family and friends. He also believes that if his friends go to another Realtor for their real estate needs, he has not performed HIS duties as a Realtor to the most professional level.

Come meet George L. Rosario at our office. If you cannot make it out, then please email him at BigGRealty@gmail.com or call us at 718-628-0100 to set up an appointment with him.
