Overall responsibility for all sales operations activities within Retail Solutions Sales and will serve as a strategic and tactical partner to the SVP of Sales and the Sales Leadership Team.Key partner for SVP of Sales and Sales Leadership Team and ensure sales strategies are successful in the marketplace.Provide and ensure accurate reporting is available at all levels of sales and ensures that analysis is performed to understand performance improvement areas through the Sales Leadership Team.A' Facilitate recurring operational planning, recurring activities and projects to improve overall sales productivity.A' This includes leading annual sales planning, territory design, operational sales processes, sales tools and system enhancements.Bring together all sales and operations perspectives to ensure all Sales Operations efforts are being integrated and prioritized appropriately to enhance Retail Solutions SalesA cents € (TM) overall business performance.A' Oversee strategic sales planning activities in partnership with the SVP of Sales. Translates the SVPA cents € (TM) s goals into tactical action plans for the Sales Operations function to drive.Oversee the execution of the sales compensation program for sales representatives and managers. Ensure the alignment of compensation programs with the overall business strategyOwner of annual sales targets and forecasts that drive revenue and growth for Retail Solutions Sales.Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the Sales Leadership Team on key changes and business needs.Responsible for ensuring field sales teams execute on Challenger sales methodology.Frequently travels to Retail Solutions Sales field offices to strengthen relationships and receive input about changing needs and needed support from Sales Operations.A' Develop overall sales operations strategies and plans to aid in the achievement of Retail Solutions SalesA cents € (TM) long-range plan, revenue, market share, and profit goals.Develop sales operations goals and achieve strategies, plans, and targets by optimizing resources across sales operations.Analyze sales performance against plan; partner closely with the SVP and Sales Leadership Team to develop new or course correction strategies as needed to support sales teams in their achievement of sales plans and targets.Serve as the single point of accountability for Retail Solutions Sales operations and their performance as it affects the larger organization.A' Define and execute against a Sales Operations vision, strategy, operating model, structure, processes, and infrastructure that supports the long-range plan and business growth goals of the company.Support the overall Sales departmentA cents € (TM) s annual operating and operating budgets, monthly department and project forecasts, monthly departmental forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
