Job Description We are a software development company of Video Security Products including surveillance servers, currently seeking a Software Support and Sales Support to join our team! Looking for someone energetic, loyal, creative and dynamic professional to maintain, develop relationship with new and existing clients on national basis. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints The position requires learning our software in depth, being able to support it, sell it, make presentations, and doing training to customers Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and service Present and sell company products and be able to support them. Account Management- Identify and resolve client concerns. Good presentation skills is a must. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields At least basic IT knowledge is a must such as ports, tcpi, Windows family operating systems.
