Job Description
This individual will be responsible for:

:Developing marketing strategies to enhance our members e:channel experiences via web, e:mail, online banking, mobile banking, e:technologies, and social media to increase usage, engagement and market penetration.

:Working with digital agency to develop and manage digital media schedule, creative and ad tracking and reporting, SEO/SEM campaigns and social media strategies.

:Analyzing marketplace trends and recommend enhancements to web site to facilitate sales and conversions. Utilize and maintain web content management system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of e:communications.

:Developing and managing promotional campaigns aimed at e:channel and other product usage.

:Developing marketing strategies for outreach to Gen Y audience and coordinate marketing initiatives including youth programs, student and young adult programs.

:Developing marketing campaigns in support of technology introductions and upgrades for online banking, mobile banking, and debit card services and other e:services technologies.

:Designing, writing and producing digital collateral including eBrochures, digital posters, eMails, flyers, videos as well as traditional collateral in support of e:channel promotions.

:Tracking, analyzing and reporting web site and social media analytics to monitor the success of channel outreach and utilize data to recommend and employ changes that increase channel effectiveness. Utilize google analytics and other analytical software in support of channel.

Intermediate to highly:skilled experience working with web designers, digital advertising and social media channels is required. Preferred Skills include: In:depth knowledge of search engine optimization best:practices; experience in implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns; Experience with online marketing tools (i.e. Salesforce, Sprout, Constant Contact/Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Moz); Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS, understanding of basic HTML/CSS; Experience with Digital Media Planning/Buying and paid social campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).

Should have a B.A. or B.S. degree with an emphasis in marketing or communications with a minimum of five years work experience. Financial institution experience is a plus. Experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable.

Must have a working knowledge of laws and regulations affecting all of the products and services of the Credit Union, advertising policies and procedures and market research techniques.
