We are seeking fitness sales counselors in the Long Island market to continue to help us grow as a company and satisfy our clientele. Previous fitness/nutrition:related sales experience is preferred. Previous commissioned sales experience is required. Hourly rate with great commission income potential

Position Description
Sales Counselors are responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members by using company sponsored presentation tools. They generate revenue by exhibiting strong and effective lead generation /sales skills, and providing excellent customer service to potential, new and existing members. They are willing to go out into the community to meet new people and promote XSport Fitness offerings. Outgoing individuals willing to approach every interaction as a potential opportunity will see great levels of success
In addition to your membership sales responsibilities, other key components of the job include:
:Customer Service, Safety, and Cleanliness
:Maximize Personal Training, Interval Training, and Spa Sales
:Maintaining a Cohesive Team
Minimum Requirements
Sales Counselors
:High school degree or GED preferred.
:1:2 years commission sales experience.
:Fitness/Nutrition:related sales experience preferred.
:Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
:Willing to work with all staff to maintain cleanliness and customer service levels of the facility.
:Availability to work at least 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
:Must complete company sales training and orientation program.
:Desire to achieve high earning potential and advancement opportunities in the organization.
:A passion for fitness and the fitness industry.
:Demonstrated ethical sales standards in all transactions.
:Must be able to lift 35 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
:Bilingual language skills a plus.
:Military experience welcomed
