Position Purpose:
This position will play a critical role in efforts to grow our E:Commerce channel by influencing on:line sales, leading the development and implementation of digital content, digital strategies and best practices.
Position Responsibilities:
Help build, execute and manage Best of Class Digital Shopper Marketing, e:commerce, and e:content initiatives that exceed customer and key stakeholder expectations, build and enhance retailer relationships and deliver measurable business results across all key metrics. Includes:
:Routinely manage and maintain eCommerce sites to ensure consistency across brand and retailer needs
:Partner with brand lead on eCommerce strategy development and execution thus executing the timely initiatives developed by the brand team
:Drive execution of marketing plans with e:commerce customer : ensuring tight coordination with the internal sales team
:Collaborate with Sales and Operations and manage internal processes and external vendors to ensure we have updated digital product content across all consumer facing channels
:Provide digital support on key account projects, research, presentations, joint business plan development and execution
:Build and implement measurement plans and dashboard for ecommerce that aligns with total company strategy and objectives, as well as support continuous
:Manage budgets and relationships with key agencies, vendors, and resources sharing direction back to leadership
:Keep abreast of industry news, technologies, trends and opportunities, piloting and implementing emerging technologies for shopper marketing and e:commerce
Required Experiences:
:Required: Bachelors Degree and proven depth:of:knowledge in digital marketing and technology, including social media
:Desired: 3: 5 years of experience in digital related marketing with knowledge and experience driving growth on key customer platforms including Amazon and Jet
:Extensive knowledge of ecommerce vendor portals such as Amazon Vendor Central
:Passion for digital and eCommerce space. Demonstrated understanding of key players and concepts across the entire platform
:Ability to leverage insights and data into a strategic selling story which drives responsible growth
:Past success in the development and execution of successful digital/social programs
:Ability to quickly adapt into a new organization and make immediate impact through positive and proactive nature, high energy level and credible experience
:Comfort in ambiguity and ability to work in self:directed environment with high sense of urgency and ability to work with cross functional team
:Ability to manage budgets and external agency and vendor partner relationships
