Job Description:/h3:
Modern spaces is an independently operated real estate group that was founded and developed in long island city. We are equally a brokerage firm and a new development consultant team, with very strong ties to the community.
Currently, we are looking to fill a Marketing Coordinator position. The position is full:time and requires 2 years of experience. Salary TBD.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing multiple projects and will be responsible for the functions and areas assigned by the Executive Marketing Director. The ideal candidate must have both excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must also be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Duties include but are not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES
:Work with the internal team on the development, project management and execution of marketing campaigns + deliverables.
:Creating and maintaining relationships with vendors and services
:Acting as liaison and coordinating with vendors, and company art director for all marketing needs
:Prioritize and track deliverables; manage project timelines and creative requests.
:Oversee, coordinate and update Modern Spaces press materials, including press kits, bios/boilerplates and our press website with PR agency
:Manage integral company documents and make sure all are up to date
:Manage and coordinate furniture and models for new development projects
:Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
:Recording project spends
:Answering phone and checking messages and scheduling appointments
WEBSITE / EMAIL:
:Upkeep of company website
:Manage eblast lists and sends
:Manage mailing lists
:Review web statistics and monitor analytics
:Coordinate with art director to design images, banners and buttons to be used in promotional email
SOCIAL MEDIA:
:Assist with the creation of content to deploy across various social media channels that helps build brand awareness and drive attendance to events
:Managing the companys social media accounts
:Review and monitor analytics
ADVERTISEMENTS:
:Support paid media planning and execution.
:Track all marketing placements to ensure they go live as agreed upon with account partners.
:Screen shot/capture all live online marketing
activity/initiatives and properly archive.
:Recording spends for all projects and advertisements
:Manage ad schedule
EVENTS
:Support planning, preparation, and execution of events and other special functions, this includes coordinating materials used for the events
:Setup for all events
REQUIREMENTS
:2 years of related experience
:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
