Job Description Harras Bloom & Archer LLP is seeking a litigation attorney with an established practice who has extensive experience in land use/zoning and business litigation. The candidate must have significant experience with motion practice, including experience drafting and defending Article 78 proceedings, summary judgment motions, and property rights activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Real Property, Land Use and Contracts / Civil Litigation. Candidate must be a highly organized team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures & practices and be able to work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff. We are seeking a candidate that is able to work independently and be proactive with bringing matters to resolution. Must be in good standing and admitted to NY Bar.
