Job Description:/h3:
Associate, Private Client Relations/Business Development
Scope and Impact
* Works directly with customers to provide services and help resolve computing and online navigational problems.
* Contact prospects via phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company
* Conduct selling efforts as needed
* Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies to ensure sales programs success across teams and departments throughout the company
* Serve with other departmental management to facilitate relationships among members of these various departments and locations in order to achieve the organizations goals and objectives
* Collaborate with marketing, support, community management, internal systems, to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
* Facilitate programs to gather requirements and features from customers and their communities to augment sales, marketing, development, support, product management, and business and technology partnerships, and others as needed
* Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal and sales best practices
* Participate in client interactions to ensure cross:training, customer satisfaction and management involvement regularly
* Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi:directional

* Assist in the development and implementation of customized strategies for outreach, site visits, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of all prospects and existing capital relationships
* Working with the Marketing Manager and Brand Manager, assist with overseeing all aspects of Investor marketing materials and distribution and tracking, proposal and report development and submission, the coordination of acknowledgments, and other follow:up activities, including coordinating the production of quarterly market reports to disseminate amongst prospects and help generate business
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree and 2 or more years of prior Business Development, Investor Relations or related experience with a proven track record of success
* Strong communications and excellent writing skills with an ability to craft high:quality proposals, reports, correspondence and other capital raising materials
* Proven entrepreneurial experience with demonstrated success working with investors and/or alternative investments
* Excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong and productive relationships with investors, the executive team, and staff
* An entrepreneurial spirit with a demonstrated ability to plan and work independently and flexibly in a dynamic environment
* Collaborative nature and ability to work within a team while maintaining accountability and responsibility for goals as an independent individual is critical
* Must be an experienced Closer with strong follow up skills, being highly efficient and energetic
* Real Estate knowledge and/or general investment knowledge preferred
* Experience using a Customer Relationship Management tool, such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred
* Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, various operating systems and internet service providers
* Ability to work well under pressure and execute in a fast:paced environment
