Job Description
Associate, Business Development
(junior:level, non:manager of employees)
:Works directly with customers to provide services and help resolve computing and online navigational issues
:Contact prospects via phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company
:Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales programs success across teams and departments throughout the company
:Serve with other departmental management to facilitate relationships among members of these various departments and locations in order to achieve the organizations goals and objectives
:Collaborate with marketing, support, community management, internal systems, to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings
:Facilitate programs to gather requirements and features from customers and their communities to augment sales, marketing, development, support, product management, and business and technology partnerships, and others as needed
:Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal and sales best practices
:Participate in client interactions to ensure cross:training, customer satisfaction and management involvement regularly
:Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi:directional
:Bachelors degree and 1 or more years of prior Business Development, Investor Relations, Relationship Management or related experience with a proven track record of success
:Strong communications and excellent writing skills with an ability to craft high quality proposals, reports, correspondence and other capital raising materials
:Proven entrepreneurial experience with demonstrated success working with investors and/or alternative investments
:Excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong and productive relationships with investors, the Sharestates executive team and staff
:An entrepreneurial spirit with a demonstrated ability to plan and work independently and flexibly in a dynamic environment
:Collaborative nature and ability to work within a team while maintaining accountability and responsibility for goals as an independent individual is critical
:Must be an experienced Closer with strong follow up skills, being highly efficient and energetic
:Real Estate knowledge and/or general investment knowledge preferred
:Experience using a Customer Relationship Management tool, such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred
:Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, various operating systems and internet service providers
:Ability to work well under pressure and execute in a fast:paced environment
