Havkins Rosenfeld Ritzert and Varriale LLP, growing Insurance Defense Firm, seeks an EXPERIENCED Assistant Managing Clerk for its Mineola office.
:Must have at least 3 years experience (Insurance Defense preferred).
:Must be capable of handling the calendar for attorneys
(adjourning/confirming: conferences, depositions, motions).
:Must have expert knowledge of e:file court documents and docket mail.
:Must have a general understanding of court rules and court orders.
:Qualified Candidate will be organized and reliable and be able to multi:task.
Salary commensurate with experience.
