Job Description
This position will require to work closely with corporate support teams, i.e. Training, Practice Development, Marketing, Human Resources, Patient Care, Patient Financial Services and others to ensure that the clinic is positioned for success. The candidate that we are looking for will have demonstrated leadership ability and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
:Manage day:to:day operations: ensure each office preparedness for the patients, including but not limited to patient schedule, staffing patterns, customer service, supply ordering, office cleanliness, etc.
:Ensure proper work and patient flow.
:Manage staff schedules
:Perform staff evaluations. Monitor and evaluate staff performance,
:Offer ongoing coaching, recognize and encourage successes.
:Provide leadership and mentoring to all assigned clinics and the physician team.
:Oversee and perform the operational and new project developments.
:Work with senior management to support the execution of company strategy.
:Serve as the principal liaison to company executives and department directors on all issues.
:Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations.
***Some travel to local clinics may be required.

:Previous healthcare experience with high patient volume.

:Demonstrated ability and willingness to work hands on, and become actively involved in all aspects of center operations.
