The Recruting Manager in addidtion to the below responsibilities will oversee the overall hiring process working with a team of 4 Human Resource Coordinators to ensure future employees are onboarded in a timely fashion. The position will be based out of Long Island City, NY and will be responsible for the overall needs of the 5 boroughs and Long Island. DESCRIPTION Allied Universal is currently hiring a Regional Recruiting Manager to lead a team of Human Resource Coordinators and Staffing Specialists that source and drive a pipeline of qualified applicants to the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) for Security Professional Positions. Ensure all recruitment processes, practices, compliance, technology, community resources and tools are used in the field to source quality candidates into open positions in a timely manner. Maintain or exceed Non:billable Overtime (NBOT) and Security Professional turnover. Primary Responsibilities:Direct all Human Resource activities in the District and ensure:Adequate number of qualified candidates are identified and screenedCreative sourcing tactics are used on a weekly basisEnsure the HRCs are adequately scheduling new hires for all associated on:board classesTrack and report new hires against needs weekly utilizing the ATS ICIMSCommunicate with leadership if more training classes are neededDistrict Staff meetings are conducted on a weekly basis with the Branch Managers to determine needs.Weekly recruitment reports are pulled from iCIMS and used as a management tool to target critical accounts and recruitment effortsNew recruiters and recruitment support staff are hired and trained appropriatelyEnsure recruiters comply with contracts, state licensing, OFCCP and other regulatory requirements related to recruitmentWork with Operational leadership to provide guidance and guidelines to ensure hiring managers are participating in iCIMS and the process in a timely and appropriate mannerManage regional recruitment budget to ensure appropriate advertising methods are used for best ROIAdditional Responsibilities:Work in partnership with Operations to manage Clients in areas related to recruitment / retention activities:Participate in sales presentations (when appropriate)Assist to manage client expectations around recruitment challengesEnsure client concerns are addressed, acted on and improved in a reasonable time frameHold recruiter team accountable for understanding and complying with individual contract requirementsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related fieldTwo years in a management role within a large service related private sector organizationFour years experience recruiting in a high volume, full:life cycle recruiting environmentRecruiting certifications highly desired; e.g., AIRS CIR Other requirements or competencies:Proven experience driving goals, executing projects and problem solvingOutstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skillsThorough understanding of state hiring laws, affirmative action processes and OFCCP/FSLA complianceExperience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems (Internet search engines, social med
