My primary focus is on core stability and strength, muscle building, fat loss through kick boxing, circuit and resistance training.

I will also provide basic nutritional guidance to help you maintain your results. As well as fitness assessments every two weeks and measurements every 4 weeks.

Looking specifically for weekends and early mornings. Looking to train at your gym or your home.

$30 per session
$300 package (3 sessions a week for 4 weeks)
