We are currently assisting our client in their search for an HRIS Analyst. This is a Direct Hire opportunity! Responsibilities: Liaison between HR and IT departments to provide support of the HRMS and leverage technology solutions to meet business needs HR technical point of contact and assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system functionality changes, report writing and analyzing options for process improvement opportunities Identify requirements for business operations and configure system to meet those requirements Develop, test and maintain documentation of all HRIS enhancements Consult with Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts and vendors to analyze data and recommend solutions to improve business processes Partner with IT to assist in their support of integrations from HRMS to other systems Develop and maintain reports and queries; sharing existing reports and training users to modify and run reports as needed Perform proactive audits on regular basis Develop user support documentation and provide training and coaching to end users Requirements MUST have Bachelor's Degree 3+ years HRIS experience Advanced proficiency in Excel Proficient in Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, ADP Enterprise Payroll or similar systems Strong analytical abilities and problem solving
