Job Description We are a busy, growing company in need of an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. Position requires a dependable individual with a professional demeanor to handle incoming calls and perform administrative duties. Responsibilities: Answer, screen and direct calls to staff Greet visitors and handle incoming courier deliveries Sort and distribute incoming mail / handle outgoing mail and courier packages General administrative duties, including word processing and data entry Assist administrative staff and sales team with special projects Make travel arrangements Minimum 3-5 years office experience Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
