Queens Attorney looking for a paralegal to assist in the general operations of a General Practice law office. Must be a quick learner, organized, very punctual, dependable, focused, and be able to work independently.

• Prepare summons and complaints and motions
• Set up and maintains files
• Draft and sends legal letters
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel
• Filing court documents

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good organizational skills/Detail Oriented
• Excellent communication skills via telephone and correspondence
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, etc
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Driver's license a plus but not necessary

Hours Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
