Office Services and Mail Room Coordinator

Searching for an Office Services Coordinator position on Long Island to assist in the daily operations of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all mail distribution services including sorting incoming mail and delivery to various departments.
- Responsible for maintenance and operation of postage meter and scale.
- Ensure established guidelines are followed for ordering and storing inventory of supplies.
- Maintain and stock pantries and supply closets.
- Assist with photocopying and scanning projects.
- Place service calls for copy machines and other office equipment.
- Ensure copy and fax machines are maintained and stocked with paper.
- Prepare workstations for new hires and prepare desk with supplies
- Light repair of office equipment and miscellaneous errands as needed.




Requirements:
- Two years experience in an office setting.
- Good organizational skills with ability to follow instructions.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds with no assistance.
- Microsoft Outlook and Excel a plus.
- Possess a business friendly demeanor with a team player can-do attitude.
