Job Description We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Perks We are willing to train the assistant on estimating tasks, and the company is willing to fund future education in the estimating field. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration for construction (electrical a definite plus) Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills (construction software a plus) Experience with Microsoft Office, knowledge of Quickbooks a plus Strong attention to detail Strong math skills ​Strong organizational skills Compensation TBD, dependent upon experience
