Job Description We are looking for an Office Assistant to our Wholesale accounts area. An Office Assistant: - Answers phones and directs calls accordingly - Communicates with wholesale customers for daily ordering - Records orders for production - Performs general clerical duties - Performs other related functions and collaborate with other areas as required Required skills : - Knowledge of Microsoft MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook - Flexible schedule to accommodate the nature of our operations - Time management - Teamwork orientation - Collaboration skill - Thoroughness - Hospitality skills Bilingual (English and Spanish) nice to have The work schedule includes weekends and holidays!
