Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Use company CRM to Research and Update Client Info Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls and solve customer issues Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish Speaking Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Office Products Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills Company Description Merchant Industry is a fast-growing credit card processing and financial services firm conveniently located just outside of Manhattan in Long Island City, Queens.
