Adminstrative Assistant : Product Development Department
General duties to assist the Manager of Product Development, with creating and tracking digital folders, inputting and tracking product from concept to final production.
Skills Required:
: Must be detail:oriented and have good organizational skills. Possess basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
: Delivers completed jobs to pre:determined costumer locations within and outside of the site.
: Maintains daily lists in a high volume environment.
: Works with both domestic and overseas staff and vendors.
: Answers sales questions regarding status of items or feasibility of job requests.
: Strong written and verbal skills.
