Job Description Small tax office is looking for 1 full time and 1 part time temporary administrative assistants from January-April. The duties include: Answering phones and setting appointments Copy all necessary paperwork Filing Scan documents Maintain existing name and address file on excel Mail postcards The hours are 8:45AM-3:15PM (full time position) and 3:00PM-7:00PM Monday-Friday and 9:00AM-4:00PM Saturdays. There may be overtime
