Job Description Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant in a Real Estate Office Looking for a candidate with a dynamic and energetic personality to assist an experienced real estate sales agent. The candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, high-volume office and be a self starter. This person will need to have a STRONG ability to multitask and handle a variety of client inquiries and needs, and all other related real estate tasks. The person in this position will have the unique opportunity to work along side the top producing sales agent in Queens; In today's competitive marketplace, the experience gained while employing this position is second to none. The position requires the following duties: -Administrative duties -Self-driven online research to satisfy clients' imminent needs. -Handling a high volume of emails/calls on a daily basis. -Professional written and oral correspondence with clients, brokers, attorneys and others. -Calendar management, scheduling and effectively coordinate with multiple parties. Candidate MUST have's: -Work well under pressure; Prioritization; Taking initiative/Self starter -Organizational Skills -Diligence (the position requires much attention to detail). -Comfortable speaking with others; constant phone communication. -Maintaining a cohesive work flow; Work well with others. -Very knowledgable of web navigation; knowledge of SEO is a plus. -Proficiency in working with and managing multiple databases on various programs. -Competent in Social Media. -Must be proficient in Word, Excel and other regularly used office programs.
