Job Description Technology company is currently in the market for an Accounting/Administrative Assistant. The position is responsible for administrative support for the accounting department, data entry, greeting clients/guests, working on special projects when needed, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, answering calls, etc JOB DESCRIPTION: Invoicing, process deposits, A/P, data entry and other accounting functions as needed. Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone system, screen calls and route. Process incoming and outgoing mail. File and retrieve documents. Order office supplies and maintain proper levels of supplies. Schedule meetings in Outlook calendar. Make travel arrangements as needed. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Good communication skills. Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system. Ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately. Excellent problem solving skills. Outgoing and friendly demeanor. High level of organization with the ability to work with minimal supervision. 1-2 years of prior administrative/receptionist experience in an office environment preferred.
